Service can be arranged for individuals, couples or small groups, with one-way, return & multi-stop transportation available.

Transportation is scheduled around the passenger's plans, with a patient, respectful & accommodating approach throughout the trip.

Transportation can be arranged for social visits, recreational activities, community programs, dining, attractions, shopping trips & other personal outings.

Trips can range from short local outings to longer planned excursions, with additional stops incorporated when required.

Transportation can also be arranged for residents of retirement communities, senior residences & other organized senior groups.

Private transportation is available for medical appointments, specialist visits, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, dental visits, personal appointments & other scheduled commitments.

Pickup & return transportation can be coordinated around appointment times, including waiting time or additional stops when requested.

Transportation can also be arranged by family members on behalf of a senior passenger.

Transportation can be arranged for groceries, shopping, errands, banking, family visits & other everyday travel.

Multi-stop trips can be coordinated around the passenger's schedule, reducing the need to arrange separate transportation for each destination.

Service can be tailored around short local trips or longer outings depending on the passenger's plans.

A courteous, patient & accommodating approach is provided for passengers who may require additional time getting in or out of the vehicle or moving between pickup & destination locations.

Passengers who are mobile independently or who travel with a walker may be accommodated where the assigned vehicle is suitable.

Transportation can be arranged for short trips, extended outings, early appointments, return trips & multi-stop schedules.

Reasonable timing changes can be accommodated when scheduling permits, recognizing that appointments, social events & personal plans do not always run exactly on time.

Pickup times, destinations, additional stops & return transportation can be planned in advance around the passenger's needs.

Senior transportation is available throughout Niagara Region, including Welland, Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Thorold, Port Colborne, Fort Erie, Niagara-on-the-Lake & surrounding communities.

Transportation can also be arranged to Hamilton, the GTA & other destinations when the itinerary, schedule & trip requirements allow.

Longer-distance outings, appointments, family visits & other trips can also be considered based on the passenger's transportation needs.

Our Kia EV9 is available for smaller senior transportation requirements, while our Ford Transit can accommodate groups of up to 10 passengers.

Vehicle selection is based on passenger numbers, destination, itinerary, mobility considerations, luggage or other items being carried.

For larger senior groups, retirement communities & organized outings, transportation can be arranged through one of our charter transportation partners.
