Short-Notice Tours

Private short-notice transportation can be arranged for wine tours, sightseeing, scenic drives & other custom Niagara outings when scheduling permits.

Whether you are planning a spontaneous day out, filling an unexpected opening in your schedule or looking for transportation on short notice, we can help determine what options are available based on your timing, group size & destination.

Short-notice service can be used for winery visits, Niagara Falls sightseeing, Niagara-on-the-Lake outings, scenic routes, attractions, dining & other custom stops throughout the region.

Trips can be arranged around one destination or a flexible multi-stop itinerary depending on availability.

You can choose your own destinations & itinerary, or request help coordinating the transportation portion of your outing.

When time allows, we can also assist with planning the order of stops & timing based on your preferred destinations.

Short-notice transportation is subject to driver, vehicle & scheduling availability.

Same-day or last-minute requests may be possible, but availability can vary depending on the time of day, trip length, destination & other bookings already scheduled.

Our Kia EV9 is available for smaller groups, while our Ford Transit can accommodate groups of up to 10 passengers.

Vehicle availability depends on the timing, passenger count, itinerary & requirements of the trip. Larger-group transportation may also be arranged through one of our charter transportation partners when availability permits.
